What are Setup Charges?
We get this one a lot. Setup charges are not for the “art”. This fee is for the screening and die costs. Meaning, you supply your own artwork however we still need to burn screens or make dies or punch tapes for embroidery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t entered the production process yet. However, you may be expected to pay additional charges. It depends on how far along the process is.
How can I place an order?
You can always call us. We would love to connect with you! If you are online, when you find a product you would like to order, click “Buy Now” to the left of the product. It will then ask you to select your color, quantity, imprint type, color and location then upload your artwork file and click “Add to Cart”. View your cart and provide your contact and billing information to checkout.
What is our return policy?
YOU, our customer, are our number one priority. If you are unsatisfied, Please contact us and we will resolve the issue. We promise!
Can I see a sample?
Yes, free virtual samples are provided before placing any order. You can request to see a physical sample by calling us. Please Keep in mind, this may slow down turnaround time.
How do I select imprint colors?
For best results, we suggest printing bright colors onto dark surfaces or dark colors onto bright surfaces. We have found that to be the most successful approach. You may have a specified PMS color you prefer we use, we can do exact matches if provided.
